Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5–9 business days via our premium logistics partners, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, external factors may occasionally cause delays. If a shipment is significantly delayed beyond our estimated window, we will initiate a formal investigation with our carrier. Should the carrier confirm the parcel as lost, we guarantee a full refund or a complimentary replacement shipment within 3 business days of the investigation’s conclusion, at no additional cost to you.

  1. Taxes & Customs (DDP Policy)
    All prices listed on our website are inclusive of all applicable duties and taxes for European destinations. We operate under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model. The final price you see at checkout is the total amount you will pay; you will not be required to pay any additional import duties, VAT, or customs fees upon arrival. We handle all necessary customs clearance documentation to ensure a seamless delivery to your door.
  2. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
    We aim for your complete satisfaction.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers): In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the items, without providing a reason.

Refunds: Upon receipt of your notice of withdrawal, we will process your refund within 14 days. Please note that unless the item is defective, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact our support team at transparent@clearvuekickbox.com within 30 days of delivery. Please provide photographic evidence of the issue. Upon verification, we will process a replacement or a full refund at our discretion within 3 business days. In most instances, there is no requirement to return the damaged item to our facility in New Zealand.
